Job summary

Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Psychiatric Specialist for inpatient units to provide group, individual, and milieu therapies. This Masters-level clinician leads development and delivery of individualized treatment plans and behavioral supports as part of a collaborative treatment team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, one year of psychiatric experience, and state-appropriate child abuse training; CPI and BLS are required

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• One year of experience in the treatment of psychiatric patients.
• PA Act 31 Child Abuse Training Certificate.
• CPI and BLS required prior to orientation completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of individualized treatments and behavioral support plans.
• Provide group, individual and milieu therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team on inpatient units.
