Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN with NH eligibility and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous, evidence-based nursing care in a 24-bed inpatient unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Prioritize and organize time to optimize patient outcomes.
• Mentor colleagues and lead care delivery within the team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the care team.
