Job summary

Palo Verde Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Manager, Psych/Social Services for our Inpatient Therapy Department in Tucson, AZ. This role reports to the Director of Clinical and leads the Clinical Services team with a focus on patient flow and staff productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in a mental health field, 3+ years hospital experience, and Arizona licensure (LPC/LMSW preferred).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a mental health field plus 3+ years of hospital experience.
• Licensed in the State of Arizona; LPC or LMSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and direction for the Clinical Services Department.
• Coordinate patient flow and staff productivity.
• Organize and coordinate intern services and assure intern quality.
