Job summary

Palo Verde Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Manager, Psych/Social Services for the Inpatient Therapy Department in Tucson. You will lead the Clinical Services team, oversee patient flow and staff productivity, and ensure high-quality care consistent with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health field required.
• Licensed in the State of Arizona; LPC or LMSW preferred.
• 3+ years hospital experience in a management/leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and direction for the Clinical Services Department.
• Lead clinical leadership and coordinate patient flow and staff productivity.
• Organize and coordinate intern services and assure intern quality.
• Promote a climate of effective performance through role modeling and service to patients and staff.
