Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our inpatient psychiatry team in a flexible per diem/on-call role. • Board certified PMHNP is required.
• Previous PMHNP experience strongly preferred.
• Inpatient psychiatry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and geriatric patients in an inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APPs, nurses, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Manage acute and chronic psychiatric conditions within an inpatient unit.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment planning and documentation.
