Job summary

Nazareth Hospital, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide for the Inpatient Therapy team in Rehab Therapy Department. This per diem, day shift position requires availability for two weekend shifts per month and two holidays per year.

Responsibilities include patient care area prep/cleanup, maintaining safety, clerical duties, billing, stocking therapy items, transporting patients, and performing duties assigned by licensed therapists.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry out specific instructions
• Previous hospital/therapy experience preferred.
• Availability to provide coverage during weekdays and weekends per policy.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and clean up of patient care areas.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Clerical duties as assigned, billing as assigned.
• Stock of therapy items and transport of patients.
• All duties assigned by Team Lead, Senior Therapist, Staff Therapist or Therapy Assistant.
