Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Treasure Coast in Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient care and guide patients through rehabilitation. You will work with a supportive team in our well-equipped therapy gyms and benefit from a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time teammates.

Requirements include current state licensure and CPR certification; a Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
