Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This opportunity offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a path to meaningful patient recovery using advanced gyms and technology.

As part of a nationwide leader in post-acute care, you’ll provide direct inpatient care, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a supportive team. Licensure and CPR are required; a Master’s degree is preferred or a Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy care.
• Supervise care, assess patients, and create care plans.
• Build relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs.
