Job summary

Qualifications

• DPT required or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
• Current PT license and BLS certification.
• Strong documentation and patient education skills.
• PRN schedule requires weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions per plan and adjust as needed.
• Document findings accurately in EMR in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Supervise PT assistants and rehab aides.
• Maintain productivity and adapt hours to patient needs.
