Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and completion of a PT program.
• Texas PT license required upon hire; BCLS certification prior to independent patient care.
• 1 year inpatient acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs age-appropriate patient assessment and plans of care.
• Obtains physician orders and validates appropriateness.
• Documents assessment, plan of care, and re-certifications per guidelines.
• Implements therapeutic interventions and discharge planning with the team.
