Job summary

Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital in Connecticut is seeking an Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our inpatient unit and apply the latest techniques to improve patient function.

This part-time, rotating-shift role requires a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and a current CT license. You will collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust treatment plans, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CT state license.
• Ability to clearly explain clinical procedures to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, and treats patients to help achieve maximum functional independence.
• Uses varied techniques and modalities to provide individualized treatment.
• Modifies treatment plans as patient status changes.
• Maintains communication with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families.
