Job summary

Allina Health/CKRI in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute’s Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation unit. This 1.0 FTE role offers day shifts with every 4th weekend rotation, in a setting focused on restoring independence and high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, 0–2 years of practice, MN or WI licensure, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0 to 2 years in the practice or program area.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in MN or WI as applicable.
• Must meet at least ONE of: BLS (AHA or Red Cross) or in-house Allina training.
• Valid Driver’s License required; MN/WI residency must obtain license within 60 days if serving Home Care.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients.
• Assesses each patient and performs reassessments.
• Gathers data to inform tests, measures and treatment.
• Makes clinical judgments and plans therapy diagnoses.
• Coordinates, communicates, documents and bills per standards.
• Manages daily patient schedule and clinic flow.
