Responsibilities include evaluating patients, selecting and implementing therapy plans, documenting care, and coordinating with the care team to promote optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• 0 to 2 years in the practice or program area

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients.
• Gathers data including patient past and current health issues, systems review, tests and measures.
• Designs implements and modifies therapeutic interventions.
• Manages daily patient schedule and coordinates clinic flow.
