Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver direct inpatient care and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized care under state guidelines, working within our well-equipped PT gyms and technology-enabled environments.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create plans.
• Build relationships with patients to support recovery across physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient progress and milestones along the rehabilitation journey.
