Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress in a supportive, high-tech PT gym environment.

You’ll supervise treatments, perform patient assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide patients through their rehabilitation journey while pursuing professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Masters degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree plus sufficient field experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery.
• Addressing patient concerns and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
