Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care. You will work within a well-equipped PT gym and collaborate with a supportive team to guide patients through their recovery journey, applying advanced treatment techniques and compassionate care from day one.

You will supervise care plans, conduct patient assessments, and personalize therapies while building strong patient relationships and celebrating progress throughout the rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrating every victory along the way.
