Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One year of direct patient care in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides services to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit disabilities.
• Evaluates patients, reviews medical history, and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Aligns daily practice with hospital mission and Guiding Principles.
