Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist I for inpatient rehabilitation services on a per diem basis. The position runs 8:00am–4:30pm with every other Saturday and 1 holiday (6 hours) per year.

You will assess and treat patients, develop plans to restore function, document care, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure optimal outcomes. Illinois PT licensure and CPR per AHA are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a PT degree from an APTA-accredited program.
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, treats, and cares for patients in assigned area.
• Implements treatment based on patient developmental stages.
• Interprets patient communication and evaluates functional abilities.
• Establishes treatment plans to improve function, strength, and reduce pain.
• Administers and educates patients on treatment plans; adjusts as needed.
• Prepares patient records, billing, and documentation per guidelines.
• Collaborates with physicians and nursing staff to optimize care.
• Involves patient and family in plan of care and next steps.
