Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and administer physical therapy treatments.
• Supervise and coordinate responsibilities of supportive staff.
• Participate in planning patient care with the treatment team.
