Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Waco seeks a Physical Therapist to provide inpatient care and lead patient assessments with personalized care planning. You’ll collaborate with a compassionate team in a well-equipped PT gym environment and contribute to meaningful patient recovery.

The role supports full-time and PRN schedules with comprehensive benefits, includ­ing tuition reimbursement and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrating every victory along the way.
