Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team. You’ll deliver direct inpatient care, guide patient assessments, and create personalized care plans that support recovery and progress.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery across physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate and track patient progress throughout rehabilitation.
