Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide inpatient rehabilitation services. You will work within well-equipped PT gyms and collaborate with a team focused on compassionate, high-quality care to help patients progress on their rehabilitation journey.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, personalized treatment planning, and strong patient relationships to support holistic recovery and growth within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.

Education

Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
