Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT is seeking an Inpatient Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive care in the Acute Care Unit, utilizing the latest techniques to improve mobility and discharge readiness.

The PT will conduct evaluations, administer treatments, and collaborate with providers to optimize patient outcomes. A CT license and an accredited PT program graduate are required; per diem scheduling offers flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current State CT license.
• Strong communication with patients and families, and with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff, patients, and families in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Apply diverse techniques and modalities to meet individualized goals.
