Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Physical Therapist to manage patient care, assess needs, and develop treatment plans within an inpatient setting. The role reports to the Director, Assistant Director and/or Clinical Supervisor and emphasizes clinical reasoning and adherence to policies.

The position requires California PT licensure, NP I, and BLS, with duties including discharge planning, patient education, and collaboration with care teams in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PT program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed PT in California required at hire or within 4 months of hire.
• NPI required at hire.
• BLS required at hire (American Heart Association).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and interpret findings to determine dysfunction.
• Establish plan of care to achieve goals.
• Administer modalities and exercise programs.
• Document services per regulations and policies.
