Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist for a full-time inpatient rehabilitation role in Sandwich, MA. The position supports a 60-bed facility with an interdisciplinary team and a weekday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend as the attending physician and manage inpatient census with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform daily rounds, admissions, and discharge planning; document progress notes.
• Lead Interdisciplinary Team Conference documentation and individualized plans of care.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in call rotation, including weekends.
• Contribute to hospital and division activities as assigned.
