Qualifications

• Six months phlebotomy experience or completion of training.
• Ability to operate LIS and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, delivers, and picks up items per safety regulations to ensure specimen integrity.
• Collects and labels specimens; processes as per guidelines and documents accurately.
• Performs data entry of patient demographics and tests ordered.
• Receives, sorts, processes, or packages specimens.
• Responds to client questions regarding specimen requirements and results.
