Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One of the preferred qualifications is hospital or community pharmacy experience.
• Experience with non-sterile compounding and USP 795 requirements is a plus.
• Experience with medication repackaging and automation systems is beneficial.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and operate pharmacy equipment.
• Must comply with state and federal laws and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and clerical duties within the inpatient pharmacy distribution system.
• Coordinate pharmacy repackaging and compounding, and manage Central Pharmacy inventory.
• Prepare and distribute medications to patient care areas and automated dispensing cabinets.
