Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Licensed Nebraska pharmacy intern or registered as a pharmacy technician required.
• Certification within twelve months if registered as a Pharmacy Technician required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for medication management for the pharmacy, nursing units and operating rooms including ordering, receiving, sorting, distributing medications.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounding of medications and calculate IV infusion due times.
• Receive orders, select proper drug, prepare dosage forms and report any issues to appropriate staff.
