Job summary

UCHealth Greeley Hospital in Greeley, CO seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support the GH Pharmacy on site. This full-time, 80-hour biweekly position operates with a flex shift and no remote option.

You’ll manage automated dispensing machines, perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, and conduct inventory audits to maintain safety and regulatory compliance. Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or GED and Colorado PHAT certification with PTCB or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Pharmacy Technician certification from Colorado Board of Pharmacy (PHAT) and Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) by PTCB or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides top of scope pharmacy support utilizing evidence-based protocols and best practices to promote safety at the point of care.
• Value and effectively partner with multidisciplinary team to achieve care outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, a patient perspective and evidence-based practice.
• Model proficiency through precepting and mentoring those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
• Welcomes new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
