Responsibilities: Assists professional pharmacy staff by performing routine duties associated with medication preparation and distribution, inventory, and preparation of sterile products.

Required Qualifications:

• Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire

• Coursework/Training: Decentralized hospital pharmacy
• Professional affiliations
• Hospital pharmacy experience
• Broad hospital work experience

Salary Range: $24.58 - $38.92 per hour (Spokane, WA).

Associate Pharmacy Technician (Inpatient)

Available Job Types: Part Time, Supplemental or Per Diem. Available Shifts: Day, Night, Variable. Location: Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital, Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities: Performs duties relating to the filling and dispensing of unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to nursing units and other ancillary departments in a prompt accurate manner. Fill/dispense oral and IV medications, triaging patient orders and maintaining the integrity of the automated dispensing system.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduation from a Pharmacy Technician program approved by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy
• Work experience in a retail pharmacy setting

Salary Range: $24.58 - $38.92 per hour (Spokane, WA).
