Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II at Monroe Regional Hospital to assist pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling and distribution. The technician will maintain accurate inventory and patient records, and process prescriptions in the electronic system.

The role requires accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. The position is full-time with afternoons shift, based in Monroe, Michigan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications.
• Maintain drug inventory and patient records.
• Enter orders from prescriber into electronic records and prepare labels.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
