Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our FROEDTERT MEN FALLS HOSPITAL facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

Salary: $1,250 sign-on bonus!

FTE: 0.001000

Shift: 4

Schedule: OPT employees may be scheduled 1st or 2nd shift. They should send at least 4 available shifts for each 6-week schedule. Depending on need, they may be scheduled for 0, 1, or 2 shifts per schedule, with a minimum of one shift every 3 months to maintain competency.

Job Summary:

Under supervision of a pharmacist, prepares and distributes medication, participates in training new staff, and functions within Wisconsin pharmacy laws. Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Training:

Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program preferred.

Licensure:

Apply for Wisconsin registration by hire date; must obtain within 12 months. Certification (CPhT) required within 6 months of hire.
