Trinity Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Livonia, Michigan, reporting to Pharmacy Department leadership. You will assist with filling, processing, and dispensing medications, while maintaining aseptic technique for IV admixtures and ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 guidelines.

You will support drug inventory, unit dose drawers, and ADC deliveries, and help train technician students. The role includes weekend/holiday coverage and a strong focus on quality improvement and customer

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician educational program and/or Associate's Degree preferred.
• Licensure in Michigan is required; Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Read and interpret physician medication orders and assist with dispensing.
• Perform aseptic compounding for IV admixtures following USP 797/800 guidelines.
• Handle chemotherapy/hazardous materials in accordance with safety protocols.
• Provide training and mentoring to Pharmacy Technician students.
• Participate in quality improvement and revenue management initiatives.
