Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed Nebraska pharmacy intern or registered as a pharmacy technician is required.
• If registered as a Pharmacy Technician, certification within 12 months of registration date required.

Responsibilities

• Manage medication orders for pharmacy, nursing units and operating rooms.
• Triage calls and provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Prepare dosage forms and strengths; assist in sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Use medication history tools and participate in reconciliation with providers.
