The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, Indiana Tech-In Training or license, and national certification within one year. Strong math, typing, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Indiana Pharmacy Tech-In Training or a Technician license or intern/extern status if enrolled in a college of pharmacy.
• Pharmacy Technician National Certification within one year of hire if not enrolled in a program.

Aufgaben

• Under pharmacist supervision, supports the pharmacy department in inventory, preparation, distribution, compounding, processing of medications and supplies, specialty medications, and medication histories.
• Assist with all medication processing tasks including answering phones, taking refills, and entering orders into the system.
• Prepare medications for pharmacist check and for disbursement/shipment/delivery; handle supplies and maintain records.
