Job summary

Froedtert Health in Menomonee Falls, WI, seeks a Pharmacy Technician for our Integrated Service Center. This on-site, full-time role supports medication preparation and distribution under supervision, contributes to training, and complies with Wisconsin pharmacy regulations.

Shifts are 8 hours, with on-call weekends/holidays approximately every 8 weeks. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, pharmacy tech training, and be working toward or possess Wisconsin registration;

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a hospital pharmacy department is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician-training program preferred.
• Wisconsin registration as a Pharmacy Technician required by hire date; must be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication under pharmacist supervision.
• Follow established policies and procedures in the pharmacy department.
• Participate in training new staff.
• Assist with on-site duties within Wisconsin statutes and Pharmacy Examining Board guidelines.
