Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Medical Center in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks a Pharmacy Technician for the Infusion Pharmacy Highlands department. This on-site role is full-time (80 hours per pay period) with a days shift and hourly pay between $22.14 and $28.78 based on experience.

You will manage automated dispensing machines, perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, and conduct medication audits while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and patient safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Colorado PHAT Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• CPhT certification by PTCB or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-of-scope pharmacy support using evidence-based protocols to promote safety at the point of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve care outcomes.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and mentor new staff in healthcare practices.
