Job summary

As a casual Pharmacy Technician, you will fill medication orders, prepare medications, participate in distribution, maintain records, and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS requirements; the role emphasizes accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Assist in filling medication orders through correct labeling, counting, and stocking practices.
• Prepare proper oral and injectable medications (including intravenous admixtures and TPN) for the correct patient.
• Participate in the distribution of medication including cassettes, emergency carts, and delivery of controlled substances.
