Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC is seeking a visionary Senior Manager of Inpatient Pharmacy Operations to lead strategic excellence across the acute care pharmacy enterprise in Seattle. You will own operational budgets, clinical workflows, and talent development within a fast-paced 24/7 hospital environment.

You will bridge pharmacy practice with hospital leadership, drive cost-effective pharmacotherapy, ensure regulatory compliance, and build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree.
• Active Washington State Pharmacist License at hire.
• NPI required within 6 months of hire.
• PGY1 residency plus at least 3 years of pharmacist/intern experience OR at least 5 years of pharmacist/intern experience without residency.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy to action and manage resources, costs, and forecasting across inpatient units.
• Direct and develop supervisory staff, pharmacists, interns, and technicians with performance management.
• Collaborate with Medical Centre Leaders to align clinical priorities and streamline practices.
• Design and implement pharmacotherapeutic guidelines and complex workflows to improve patient care.
• Oversee formulary updates, compounding oversight, and pharmacy software templates.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with DEA, State Board of Pharmacy, and HIPAA.
