Job summary

The position requires a PharmD (or equivalent), Hawaii licensure, and at least 3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent degree with at least 1 year of pharmacist experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Hawaii Pharmacist License required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative relationships and coaches to drive performance.
• Translates business plans into tactical action, ensures policy adherence and process improvements.
• Leads analytics and informatics usage to track prescription use data and supports regional committees.
• Oversees pharmacy operations programs, policy rollout, staffing, training, and systems improvements.
• Guides team to ensure patient safety, affordability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
