Job summary

The Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager for Adult Inpatient Operations in Baltimore. This role will oversee inpatient medication distribution and directly manage pharmacy coordinators, supervisors, and inventory staff within the Zayed 3 area.

Reporting to the Division Director/Assistant Director, you will collaborate with care teams to ensure safe medication use, drive operational improvements, and support a comprehensive benefits package and career growth

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college (Pharm D or BS).
• At least 1 year hospital pharmacy experience with supervision responsibility.
• ASHP-accredited residency or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Current Maryland Pharmacist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inpatient medication distribution operations, directly managing coordinators, technicians, and staff.
• Collaborates with the health care team to promote safe, effective medication use and education.
• Monitors and implements changes to improve department operations and patient care.
