The Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore seeks a Pharmacy Operations Manager for Adult Inpatient Operations. You will oversee inpatient distribution, manage pharmacy coordinators, technician supervisors, and inventory staff, and partner with other ops managers to improve clinical services and procedures.

Pharmacist licensure in MD is required; PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with hospital supervision experience preferred; ASHP residency or equivalent is desirable.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in Pharm D. or BS degree.
• Minimum of one year of hospital experience with responsibility for the supervision of pharmacy personnel is desired.
• Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program or equivalent experience is desired.
• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland required.

Mansioni

• Oversee inpatient medication distribution operations in Zayed 3.
• Directly manage operations pharmacist coordinators, technician supervisors, and inventory specialists.
• Collaborate with fellow operations managers to oversee broader clinical pharmacy services.
• Promote safe and effective use of medications through collaboration with health care professionals and patient education.
