Qualifications

• PharmD required.
• Hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Experience leading pharmacy operations and supporting clinical pharmacy services.
• Experience supervising or mentoring pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association required.
• Ability to work on site in the New Castle/Glenwood Springs, Colorado facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inpatient pharmacy operations, including medication distribution and sterile compounding.
• Ensure compliance with USP standards and Joint Commission expectations.
• Supervise and develop pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Partner with nursing and hospital leadership on medication-use processes.
