Qualifications
- PharmD required.
- Active Colorado Pharmacist License in good standing.
- Hospital pharmacy experience required.
- Strong inpatient pharmacy operational leadership experience.
- Experience supervising pharmacy technicians and pharmacists.
- BLS and ACLS Certification (AHA) required.
- Strong communication, teaching, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage purchasing and medication shortages.
- Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Provide medication-related education.
