Job summary

JobRx, Inc. seeks an Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the hospital-based services in a small rural Colorado facility, ensuring safe medication distribution and evidence-based therapy for patients across service lines.

This hands-on leader will supervise pharmacists and technicians, optimize Epic Willow inpatient workflows, maintain compliance with USP 797/800 and Joint Commission standards, and drive operational quality improvements in a resource-limited setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD required.
• Active pharmacist license in CO.
• Hospital pharmacy experience required; rural hospital experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in pharmacy operations and clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy operations, including medication distribution and inventory management.
• Lead medication safety initiatives and quality improvement.
• Manage Epic Willow Inpatient workflows and CDS tooling.
