Job summary
Trinity Health in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Pharmacy Director to lead the inpatient pharmacy operations, optimize quality and budget outcomes, and drive strategic goals. You will develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with hospital leadership to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Pharm.D or hospital pharmacy MS preferred.
- Must be a licensed/registered Pharmacist in Iowa in good standing.
- Experience in hospital pharmacy leadership or management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee 24-hour operation of the Inpatient Pharmacy Department and staff.
- Assist Pharmacy Director with long- and short-range goals and budgets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor departmental policies in compliance with laws.
- Interview, hire, evaluate, and, when necessary, discipline associates.
- Oversee scheduling and timecards/payroll for inpatient pharmacy staff.
- Develop and maintain a quality control program aligned with hospital standards.
