Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC Health Charleston Division) seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead inpatient pharmacy operations, drive performance improvements, and guide staff development. The role requires an PharmD with leadership experience, and licensure in SC or eligibility within six months.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• SC Pharmacist License or eligible for licensure within 6 months.
• 4 years of pharmacy leadership experience in academic and inpatient settings.
• Strong collaboration, change leadership and data-driven performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient pharmacy operations for the Charleston Division.
• Lead and develop pharmacy staff and leaders.
• Collaborate with ICCE leadership and other departments on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor budgets and drive cost and quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
