The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC Health) is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Manager to lead inpatient pharmacy operations for the Charleston Division, including Institute of Psychiatry, Ashley River Tower, University Hospital, and Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital.
You will supervise professional and support staff, align processes with strategic priorities, and drive performance improvements in quality and efficiency.
The Charleston Division Pharmacy Clinical Managers report directly to the Charleston Division Director of Inpatient Pharmacy Services and are responsible and accountable for direct oversight, planning, and coordination of inpatient pharmacy for the Charleston Division. These managers oversee and provide leadership for all inpatient pharmacy activities at the Charleston Division Hospitals (Institute of Psychiatry, Ashley River Tower, University Hospital, and Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital) and will manage multiple professional and support staff. The Pharmacy Clinical Managers will plan, organize, facilitate, monitor and evaluate activities, functions and initiatives of the department and organization. They will also collaborate with other leaders to establish operating procedures, enhance workflows, increase productivity and improve quality outcomes and operational efficiencies within the Charleston Division.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 6 years progressive work experience and 1 years management experience
State licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
