Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina invites applications for the Charleston Division Pharmacy Manager role. Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, MS or MBA preferred.
• 4 years of pharmacy leadership experience in academic/inpatient settings.
• Ability to collaborate with leaders and diverse disciplines; mentor teams.
• Licensure: SC Pharmacist License or eligible within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of inpatient pharmacy across the Charleston Division.
• Lead and represent Pharmacy ICCE in groups and committees.
• Drive staff development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, variances, and fiscal responsibility.
• Align operations with strategic goals and quality/safety standards.
• Foster an environment of continuous process improvement and collaboration.
