Job summary
The MetroHealth System is seeking an Associate Director of Inpatient Pharmacy Operations to provide leadership for acute care services within the department and guide support staff in delivering safe, efficient pharmacy care. This role requires extensive hospital pharmacy experience, with expertise in unit dose, IV admixture, automated dispensing systems, and strong communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications
- Current/active PTCB or ExCPT certification with ongoing maintenance.
- Registered with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy or eligible within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum five years of hospital pharmacy experience with unit dose, IV admixture, and clinical services.
- Advanced knowledge of inpatient service programs including unit dose, IV admixture, and automated dispensing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.
